Through this website you have access to over 28,000 records and images of Celtic coins as indexed at the <strong>Oxford Institute of Archeology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why am I researching this?<\/strong>  It is because the characters in my <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epictales.org\/treskillard\/my_first_chapter_for_you_to_review\">book<\/a><\/strong> use coins.  I want to be as accurate as possible regarding the coins, and this site is a starting off point.<\/p>\n<p><strong>They even have animated &#8220;morphing&#8221; coins<\/strong> that show a Greek coin morphing into a Celtic one to show the similarity and highlight the differences.  Below is the Greek one and the Celtic one they think was based on it.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.writer2001.com\/morphparisii\/01-00003.jpg?w=1200\" alt=\"Greek Coin\" title=\"Greek Coin\" \/><br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.writer2001.com\/morphparisii\/c02.jpg?w=1200\" alt=\"Celtic Coin\" title=\"Celtic Coin\" \/><br \/>\n<\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Very fascinating!<\/strong>  Based on just this one coin, I&#8217;d say the Celts were very creative.  Go to the site and see the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.writer2001.com\/morphphil2paris1.htm\">animated morph<\/a><\/strong> yourself.
